TANIA

Tania was born in Santiago, Chile and moved to Las Vegas with her parents when she was only 2 years old, she says she’s basically a Vegas Native. From a very young age she showed lots of interest in all types of art forms, drawing, painting, writing and musical instruments. Her favorite part about school was always writing stories, designing poster boards, creating display models, playing the violin and anything that allowed her to express her creativity. Her freshman year in high school was around the time where she started experimenting with makeup and noticed she was actually good and liked it. Since then her friends let her practice makeup looks on them as well as letting her thread their eyebrows which she learned from YouTube! Her friends and family encouraged her to pursue a career in beauty or cosmetology since she was good at it and enjoyed it, but that was more of a fun hobby for her and she wanted to go the Journalism route.

She graduated from CSN in 2015 with an Associates degree in Journalism and later received her degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing. She loved all the “creative” aspects of Journalism, Business and Marketing, but she couldn’t fully see herself working in any of those career paths for the rest of her life. During the infamous quarantine of 2020 she had more time to take her passions seriously and practiced her drawing and graphic design work. She quickly began freelancing commissions, logos and designing for small business as well as helping them manage their social media and marketing. Tania realized that she really loved being creative and knew that art and design truly fulfilled her. She began doing research on tattooing and permanent makeup but she never took the leap, although she thought about it the entire year.

In 2021 her interests in tattooing and permanent make up were still there and her friends and family encouraged her to take it seriously. She searched for months for a school or course but she honestly wasn’t impressed by anything she saw, until she came across an opportunity of a lifetime. Not only was MsAmberRed looking for someone who would help her design and upkeep her social media, she was also looking for an apprentice! All of Tania’s interests of social media marketing, content creation, makeup and tattooing were all combined into one, she knew this was it. After meeting with Amber and being in the studio Tania knew this was it and dove in completely. She loves everything about PMU, the environment, the time and dedication that goes into, but most importantly… how happy clients are after seeing their transformation. Aside from art, Tania loves music, dancing, puppies, kittens, soccer and Italian food!

VICTOR

Victor, was born and raised in Southern California, growing up predominantly in Orange County. A son to Mexican immigrants, he observed the hard work and effort his parents made in this amazing country to better both there lives and the lives of there children, instilling a solid foundation of values and morals for him to grow and live upon. 

At a young age, Victor was no stranger to hard work, helping out at both the family restaurant and landscaping business, as well as excelling in academics. A full schedule for anyone, and all though constantly busy the family still found time for him to participate in many sports, activities, and to simply just hang out and be a kid. Later in life he would continue on to raise a family, go to college, get married move to Las Vegas NV, become a Journeymen Pipefitter, get divorced, then remarried (to an amazing woman and soul), as well as learn the amazing art of SMP (Scalp Micro Pigmentation)!!!

These life experiences would later lay out the foundation to whom Victor is today. The family business would teach him such things as the value of a dollar, the importance of customer service, and the direct relationship between effort and results.   Later, sports would add to this by teaching him the value of being a team player, importance of not giving up, as well as believing in one’s self and ability’s. Life would later teach him patience, with the raising of children, as well as the realization that life is a never ending roller coaster that stops for no one, so feel what you need to feel at the moment and then move on so you can do your best to live in the moment.  Jobs and careers would only add to this, teaching the importance of balancing one’s life, the importance to detail, being open minded, and to continually learn. 

These amazing accumulation of life experiences and teachings have made Victor who he is today.  And are all things that make Victor not only an amazing person, addition to the team, but also an amazing Scalp Micro Pigmentation (SMP) Technician.  So rest assured, that when you book with Victor for your SMP procedure and needs you’ll be getting amazing, methodical, and we’ll excited results.

SASHA

Sasha graduated from college with a degree in software programming. She enjoys creating graphics for social media and creating content calenders. She is an expert in all things Kajabi from creating landing pages to designing online courses and she is the in-house Studio Coordinator. Sasha developed and helped design Inspired by Ms Amber Red! She creates sales funnels and sequences…She’s the glue that holds us all together!

ARIELLE

Hi! My name is Arielle. People call me Ari or Rawr. I am an artist, lash artist, and esthetician. I am deaf friendly and fluent in ASL. I endeavor to always radiate positive, healing, energy and make a point to connect with my clients. I call myself a therapist because my clients and I get super deep. My co-workers always hear me and my clients laughing and talking. I am lucky enough to call a majority of my client's friends because, that connection is there. I am eternally grateful for the gifts GOD has blessed me with. I continue to bless those around me. I love lashing! I love helping women see their true beauty that radiates from the inside out. I am a dog mom, daughter, sister, and friend!
