First imagine a black and grey body tattoo. Some areas have solid black and some areas are a wash of black right? Well, we do the same thing but with our brow colors! Dilute the brow colors to achieve a soft healed result. 

50% pigment and 50% dilution will = 50% saturation or similar to a client who chooses to use powder to fill in their brows day to day. 

100% pigment with no dilution will = striking powder fill similar to clients who choose to fill their brows in with a pencil.
